Wild West Bowl IV set for Saturday in Dodge City

Memorial Stadium will be the site of the 6-man Association Championship and Consolation games, as the 2019 season comes to an end in Dodge City on Saturday.

The full day of football begins at 1 pm, when Weskan (6-4) takes on Golden Plains (6-4) in the Consolation Game. The Championship Game will follow at 4 pm, with a pair of unbeatens facing off, as the Moscow Wildcats (9-0) take on the Cheylin Cougars (9-0). The two teams each won their respective division titles and earned a first-round by in the tournament, while coming off the bye and winning last week in the semifinals - Cheylin beating Golden Plains, 52-36, while Moscow ended the Weskan title reign with a 62-53 triumph.

Inbetween the two contests, the Kpreps 6-man All-State Team will be recognized.

Gates will open at 11:30 am Saturday at Memorial Stadium. Tickets will be $10 for Adults and $5 for Students, and are good for both games. The games will be streamed by the DCHS Sports Channel on YouTube.
