KCCCA Rankings - Week 2
Two boys teams and two girls squads have earned Top 7 honors in their respective classes in the latest rankings from the Kansas Cross Country Coaches Association.
On the girls' side, two teams are ranked second in their respective classes - Stanton County in Class 2A, and Scott Community in Class 3A. Other girls teams which earned votes in their respective polls were Meade, Greeley County, Moscow (all Class 1A), Syracuse (Class 2A), Southwestern Heights, Cimarron and Hugoton (all Class 3A).
Among the boys squads, both teams the made the Top 7 were in the Class 3A poll, where Scott Community is ranked 6th, and Lakin is ranked 7th. Other teams earning votes in their respective classes were Meade, Wallace County (both Class 1A), Syracuse (Class 2A) and Dodge City (Class 6A).
