Friday hoop schedule already affected by snow

The traditional busy night of high school basketball on Friday could be replaced by a rescheduling challenge tonight, as a winter storm has already changed some plans for what is supposed to be a full night of action.

Liberal's basketball games at Hays scheduled for Friday have been postponed due to the weather, which could cause traffic headaches through the evening hours. Both schools are working on a makeup date for the Western Athletic Conference doubleheader.

We will post changes to this story as we get more information. However, here is tonight's schedule for basketball games involving teams throughout Southwestern Kansas. Remember, we will track what we can and post the finals as soon as possible on the website.
