CIK - Six area teams ranked in Top 10s
Six teams from Southwestern Kansas have earned a spot in the Catch it Kansas Top 10 football polls for the seven classes ranked this week.
The highest spot went to Scott City, as the 4-0 Beavers moved up a notch to No. 3 in the latest Class 3A poll. Colby also entered the Top 10 at No. 10.
In Class 6A, Dodge City - who has won their last two games either late in the 4th quarter or in overtime - held onto the No. 8 position.
Two area teams now appear in the Class 2A poll, with No. 8 Lakin joined by 9th-ranked Cimarron.
In 8-man Division I, Wichita County holds onto the No. 7 position.
All six teams in the poll have 4-0 records entering this Friday's action.
