Busy Volleyball Schedule awaits teams Tuesday
Updated: Oct 17, 2019
In what for most teams in Southwestern Kansas is the last chance to get matches in before the league tournaments take place on Saturday, most of the area volleyball teams will be in action Tuesday, with several triangulars and quadrangulars scheduled.
In addition, two area teams will get tough tests in duals today. Liberal heads to state-ranked Maize South, while Holcomb treks west on US 50 to Lamar, Colorado, where they will face one of the hottest teams in the Centennial State when they play the host Lady Savages, who have won 13 in a row and have moved into the Top 10 in Class 3A.
Colby, Goodland, St Francis (Wallace County will play there) and Meade will host tri-matches today, while quads will take place in Cimarron, Deerfield, Sublette, Hodgeman County (Moscow heads there) and Ashland (Rolla will play there).
